Please note that in preparation for Hermes going live on Monday the 4th of July 2022, the following documents are no longer available to download from the Provincial website:
- UGLE/SGC LP&A4 forms
- UGLE/SGC Form-P forms and associated guidance notes
- Craft/RA Installation return forms
- Craft/RA membership update forms
- Craft dispensation request form
Notwithstanding that a Form-P may already be in existence for new and joining members in-waiting, it is imperative that the appropriate Hermes procedures are followed instead. This will render any existing Form-P invalid.
THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL - THE JOINING OF ANY MEMBER OUTSIDE OF THE APPROVED HERMES PROCESSES WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID
The UGLE LP&A5 form is available, but it must only be used for brethren raised prior to the introduction of Hermes.
Any queries should be submitted via the online Help Hub in the live Hermes environment once Hermes users have received their new login credentials and URL. The sandbox environment will become inoperative at that point.
Additional information will be emailed to Hermes users over the weekend 2nd/3rd July 2022.
Many thanks for your understanding, support, and cooperation during this transition.
