Melius Lodge of Emulation

We are now pleased to announce the Melius Lodge of Emulation will be holding its inaugural meeting in Kettering on Monday, 22 September.

It promises to be a special and unique occasion, demonstrating a 1^st degree ceremony delivered in pure emulation ritual, which has remained largely unaltered for over 200 years.

The offices will be occupied by a visiting recognised preceptor as WM, and light blue brethren from the local lodges.

Also, a unique opportunity to ask questions of The Emulation Lodge of Improvement (London) committee members, as we are delighted that some are attending. A very rare occasion for ELoI committee members to be present out of London, with Melius becoming a ‘recognised’ Lodge of Emulation instruction.

Our Provincial Grand Master, RWBro Mark Constant, will also be attending. He has been an enthusiastic supporter of this project from the beginning, and we look forward to him being with us.
