Kettering United Lodge of Instruction Hosts Memorable Annual Festival Meeting

The Kettering United Lodge of Instruction (KULOI) held its annual festival meeting on Wednesday, 9th April 2025, in a celebration of Masonic excellence and fraternity.

The President, WBro John Harvey PAGDC flanked by WBro David Meeks and Bro Carl Squires, The Official Representative WBro Tom Webster ProvSGW, WBro Neil Mitchel PProvGStwd and the members, Secretary and Preceptors of KULOI.

Presiding over the evening was WBro John Harvey, PAGDC, who was joined by the official representative of the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, WBro Tom Webster ProvSGW, escorted by WBro Neil Mitchell. The President was especially honoured to welcome two Past Provincial Grand Masters, RWBro Barrie Hall and RWBro Max Bayes, along with many visiting brethren.

Following the opening of the lodge, the Worshipful Master, WBro David Meeks vacated the Chair in favour of Bro Carl Squires, acting Worshipful Master for the evening. Bro Squires delivered a confident and polished performance, setting the tone for an impressive and well executed evening. 

Members of KULOI then proceeded to deliver parts of the Second Degree Lecture in excellent fashion earning widespread praise for their exemplary presentation.

The evening concluded in high spirits at the festive board, where seventy brethren gathered for a convivial meal filled with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of humour. The President, along with many in attendance, remarked that it was one of the finest LOI festivals they had witnessed—a fitting testament to the hard work and commitment of the members, Secretary, and Preceptors who make KULOI a standard-bearer in Masonic instruction.
