Thursday 21st October was Kettering’s St Crispin Chapter 5627’s Installation evening. For the first time in the Chapter’s history all officers held their current positions after the Covid impacted cessation of Masonic meetings. The Chapter was delighted to receive the Deputy Grand Superintendent, EComp Neil Handley accompanied by his DC, EComp Jeff Freeman, Provincial Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies.
This was the Chapters first meeting since Masonic activities resumed, with three candidates in the wings St Crispin Chapter is looking forward to the season ahead.

The restart of Freemasonry following the COVID-19 lockdown has coincided with the half-way point of the Province's 2024 MCF Festival, which was relaunched at the recent meeting of Lodge of Installed Masters No. 3422 held on Wednesday the 27th of October 2021 at Sheaf Close, Northampton.

The 3 Pillars Feeding The Homeless Trust has a new van, which will help them expand their charity work. The van, funded by a grant of £32,356 from the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF), was on show at Sheaf Close on Wednesday the 27th of October 2021.

The service for VWBro Wayne Williams PGSwdB will take place at St Martin’s Church, High Street, Welton, NN11 2XZ (map link) on Tuesday the 9th of November 2021 at 11:30am.
This will be followed by a service at Rainsbrook Crematorium, Ashlawn Road, Rugby, CV22 5QQ at 1pm (map link) and refreshments at Skylark Fields Farm, Shuckburgh Road (A425), Staverton, NN11 6JY (map link) at approximately 2:30pm.
NOTE: The crematorium has a maximum capacity of 72, so only close friends and family should attend.
Brethren should notify their lodge secretary of their intention to attend so that appropriate planning can be put into place.
Parking in Welton is limited, so brethren are asked to share transport whenever possible.
