The final of the Provincial Lecture Competition will take place on Monday 19th January 2026 at 6:00pm at the Corby Masonic Complex, hosted by the prestigious Richard Sandbach Lodge of Research (9600).
This annual and much-anticipated competition showcases the very best of Masonic learning, delivery and presentation. Open to Freemasons of all ranks, the competition invites Brethren to inform and entertain on any subject with a clear Masonic connection, celebrating research, education and the spoken word within the Province.
The winner of the evening will receive the honour of presenting their lecture to the Lodge of Installed Masters (3422) in June 2026 and will be awarded a special certificate in recognition of their achievement and a silver Quaich from the Lodge.
Following the meeting, Brethren will be treated to a traditional Burns Night Festive Board, with Piper and Address to the Haggis, promising excellent dining, fine company and a wonderful continuation of the evening’s celebrations.
