Thursday evening saw an unforgettable and deeply emotional Installation Ceremony at St Wilfrid Lodge, marking a milestone moment in both Masonic tradition and family pride.
WBro Graham Sands PJGD, a proud father and respected Mason, had the immense honour of presenting his son, Mathew James Southgate Sands, to the Worshipful Master, WBro Tim Fussell ProvSGW, for installation into the Master’s Chair.
In a touching continuation of the evening’s theme of family and fraternity, WBro Graham Sands then delivered the Address to the Master — to his own son — making for a truly emotional and memorable moment. The heartfelt pride between father and son was felt by all present.
The ceremony was witnessed and celebrated by Grand, Group and Provincial Officers who had travelled from far and wide to share in this special occasion. Their attendance added further prestige to what was already a remarkable evening, filled with brotherhood, tradition, and the true spirit of Freemasonry.
