The first of our Membership Training Roadshows took place on Saturday 1st July in Peterborough and was a great success.We now look forward to the second Roadshow at Sheaf Close, Northampton this Saturday 8th July 2023 at 8:30 for a 9:30 start – an event not to be missed!
Led by The Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro Mark Constant and the Provincial Membership team, both Roadshows aim to provide awareness and training in all aspects of increasing membership including Planning, Attraction, Retention and Retrieval – so important for the future of our wonderful organisation.
Presentations and discussions on best practice made for a most interesting morning, which was met with great positivity and enthusiasm. Feedback was welcomed throughout and is also featured below.
Bro. James Banaszak, Membership Officer, Risdene Lodge No 6532 attended in Peterborough and explained;
“The training day was very informative, it was well presented and the breakout sessions were great to share ideas and thoughts on ways to increase and retain membership and also areas where we may face challenges. Using the Members Pathway as a tool, it will ensure that we are able to increase and maintain numbers to meet the targets needed and to ensure Freemasonry thrives well into the future”
WBro. Mick Marks, PM Euston Lodge No.2283 gave his thoughts;
`Saturday was the formal relaunch of the Members Pathway, originally launched 5 years ago. We embraced the program and have implemented the appropriate tools and policies which have seen the lodge grow successfully. We believe by embracing the Members Pathway and utilising the these tools, each lodge will see a positive result. Inaction is not an option and we all need to ensure that we are progressing in the right way to meet the needs of all our members`.
