The Palmer Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards has been asked to assist with the car parking duties at the annual meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge on Thursday 18th May 2023.
For those who are attending the meeting, please be aware of the following arrangements for car parking on the day.

Car parking on site will be limited so our strongest recommendation is to car share with others from your area who are attending the event. Alternatively, you may like to get dropped off at the gates and picked up afterwards.

If you are not intending to stay for dinner, then please do not try and enter the complex. Please park your vehicle safely and considerately on the surrounding roads.

On arrival for the annual meeting, you will be greeted at the gates by one of the team who will then direct you to a colleague who will show you where to park. Car parking is going to be a challenge so please listen to them and follow their instructions. Due to limitations of space, we will be parking the cars in an airport style to ensure that we can get as many cars parked on site as possible. Attached and/or below is an example of what airport style parking may look like.
