Pre-Christmas performances of the ever popular pantomime, Cinderella, have given great pleasure to audiences in Corby, Peterborough and Northampton.
The pictures shown below are of the Northampton performance, which took place at Sheaf Close on Saturday the 21st of December 2019.
Many Masonic families and friends enjoyed the show, which was written by Jack Summerfield and performed by the Corby Players:
- Barrie Ball
- Mel Tew
- David Genner
- William Diggins
- Virginia Tarbotton
- Myles Tew
- Ruby Tarbotton
- Georgia Summerfield
- Greg Allen
- Jason Hazelton
- Ali Rae
- George Peel
- Ollie Hazelton
- Karen McNamee
- Jack Summerfield
The cast were supported by backstage managers Sandra Summerfield and Pam Genner.
Unfortunately Rab Reid was ill with flu and couldn't take part.
The panto was a great success at every centre it played. It was clear that the cast derived as much pleasure from performing as their audience did from watching!
The shows raised over £1,500, approximately £1,000 of which will go to the 2024 MCF Festival and £500, to Teddies For Loving Care.
And they all lived happily ever after!
We congratulate all those involved for giving so much pleasure to so many. There's no doubt that all those who attended will retain fond memories of the show for many years to come.
