On Monday 11 November 2013, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, VWBro Dr Viv Thomas, was pleased to present a Jubilee certificate to WBro Sam Howell. This was at the regular meeting of the Vale of Welland Lodge in Stamford of which WBro Sam is a founder.
