The Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro Max Bayes, has announced that following the retirement of WBro Wayne Williams at Provincial Grand Lodge on Thurs 17 May, he will appoint WBro Jim Boughton of Heigham Lodge No 8486 as the new Assistant Provincial Grand Master.
