The PGM is pleased to announce that contracts have now been exchanged for the purchase of our new premises at Sheaf Close, Duston, Northampton. Final completion is set for 27th July 2012. With regard to the sale of St Georges Avenue, the proposed purchasers have received formal approval of change of use. Contracts will now be exchanged with completion set for 27th July to coincide with our purchase completion. Below are the plans for the new building. |
