At Provincial Grand Lodge on Thursday, 21 May, 2009, as a member of the Palmer Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards, WBro Martin Lilley began the day helping park cars in preparation for the Lodge. One of the cars to be parked was a new Kia Picanto car – the first prize in the 2013 RMBI Festival Prize Draw.

At the Festive Board, following a very successful Provincial Grand Lodge, the Provincial Grand Master, RWBro Barrie Hall, drew the winning ticket. It belonged to WBro Lilley, of Dr Field Lodge No 8158 who said, "This is like a dream. I couldn't believe it when the PGM drew my ticket. What a marvellous Provincial Grand Lodge."
The Provincial Grand Master said, "This has been a wonderful effort by all concerned which has raised £10,000 towards our Festival target."
