For a number of years now the Masonic centres at Northampton and Peterborough have enjoyed the support of their respective Lady Associate Members (LAMs) organisations.
With the extension of usage of Rushden Masonic Hall, a local branch of LAMs was established in early 2013.

The main objective of LAMs is to arrange social events for members and through this raise funds towards the fabric and furnishings of the Hall. A proportion of the money raised may be donated to outside charities and deserving causes, including the Chairman's choice of a particular charity.
Those eligible for membership are the wife, partner or close female relative of a current Freemason, or a Masonic widow. There is also a 'Friends' category for those without the direct connection but who wish to enjoy the social aspect and support the group.
Rushden LAMs meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month with a coffee morning or lunch, along with a variety of other events planned throughout the year.
Anyone interested in joining or just making an initial enquiry should contact the Chairman,
